Program terms

The fine print.

  • Credit is applied to both accounts after the referred user signs up, uses the product, and pays their first invoice.
  • Credits are added to your Stripe billing account and apply automatically to future invoices.
  • Credits do not expire and can be stacked across multiple referrals.
  • There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer.
  • Referrals must be made honestly and without spam. Fraudulent referrals may result in credits being withheld or revoked.
  • Sidekick reserves the right to modify the program terms, suspend the program, or revoke credits if suspicious activity is detected.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
